At the Wells Clinic we recognise that in these circumstances having a GP being able to visit you at your home could be a saving grace. To book a home visit simply:

 - Call the surgery to arrange your home visit

 - Have the necessary details at hand including reason for appointment

    and your address

 - We will calculate the distance from the surgery and provide you with a quote

We will be able to visit anyone within a 20minute drive away from the surgery, dependent on other appointments booked in on the given day.
