Tennis and golfer's elbow

There are conditions characterised by pain in the outer and middle aspects of the elbow joint. These conditions are caused most commonly from overuse of the elbow due to sport or any other regular physical activity such as housework or gardening. You do not have to be a golf or tennis player to be classified as having this condition.

The pain is usually unresponsive to oral anti-inflammatories and will benefit from a cortisone injection which provides rapid relief for a condition which commonly affects people's ability to get on with everyday life.
