- You should also be prepared to discuss any health concerns, including symptoms, lifestyle factors, and medical history.
- Bring photo ID to your first appointment with us.
- In your booking confirmation email there will be a pre-appointment questionnaire to complete if you are a new patient to Wells.
- For new patients wanting to discuss their medical history in detail, have extensive past medical problems or complex health concerns, we recommend the Extended GP Consultation.
No, you can book a consultation directly with us.
There is no registration as such, just book an Extended GP Consultation and bring photo ID with you to your first appointment.

Our Clinic
Our clinic is in a former stately home within 25 acres of countryside, gardens and woodland, with sweeping views of the South Downs. This tranquil setting is away from the hustle and bustle of urban life. We are in an easily accessible ground-floor suite with free parking outside.
